iCalc Consulting was founded in 2014, as an initial side hustle by its founder and owner. Later, by 2017, iCalc Consulting started providing training, L&D, and OD solutions to clients, mainly individuals looking for solutions to grow their start-up businesses. Gradually, iCalc was preferred and admired for its services and customer engagement. It was clear to the founder that customer services must be top quality, even though there are fewer customers, but quality and customer services must be given priority.
